Terms & Conditions

I/ customer, hereby confirm my understanding and agreement to the terms outlined in the company's Program and Pricing. I acknowledge that I will be subject to a monthly interest charge of 1.5% on any outstanding invoices that remain unpaid for more than 30 days. Furthermore, I accept and acknowledge that Ribadao Lumber & Flooring, LLC will not acknowledge or honor any unauthorized deductions on the invoices. I hereby affirm that all the information provided in this application is accurate and truthful. I grant Ribadao Lumber & Flooring, LLC the authorization to access my credit information and banking details as necessary for the evaluation of my application.

I also comprehend and accept that the terms of sale specified in this agreement will be applicable to all future transactions conducted with Ribadao Lumber & Flooring, LLC.

DELIVERY

Goods will be delivered F.O.B. seller's facilities, unless expressly agreed upon in writing. Ribadao holds NO responsibility for transportation failures. Any deliveries with damaged or missing goods should be accepted but must be signed for accordingly (i.e., “damaged” or “incomplete”). Notations such as “unchecked” cannot be accepted. All damaged or incomplete goods must be reported within 3 days of delivery to the Ribadao Sales Department, and a replacement will be sent out to you at the earliest available delivery date.

BUYER'S INSPECTION

As part of these terms and conditions, the buyer must promptly examine and test any delivered goods or materials upon receipt. Failure to notify (via email at: purchasing@ribadao.com) of any claims within 8 days after receiving the purchased goods will be considered an unqualified acceptance of said goods. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. While we ensure a well-manufactured product, it's your responsibility to inspect for defects and MC% (moisture content) before installation.

ONCE THE INSTALLED PRODUCT IS ACCEPTED BY THE BUYER, IT CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR ANY REASON. CLAIMS RELATED TO THE FLOORING (GRADING, COLOR, ECT.) WILL NOT BE HONORED BY THE MANUFACTURER AFTER INSTALLATION. SINCE MATERIAL CAN VARY BY LOT, MANUFACTURERS DO NOT PROVIDE NEW MATERIAL NOR PAY LABOR COST ONCE THE MATERIAL IS INSTALLED. MANUFACTURERS LOOK AT INSTALLATION AS ACCEPTANCE.

Ribadao's wood floors adhere to high-quality standards. As wood is a natural product, variations in color, tone, and graining are expected and contribute to the floor's natural beauty. These variations are not defects and do not warrant LIABILITY or RETURN. Samples and pictures are provided as color and style guides; differences between pictures, new or old samples, and the final product delivered are to be expected.
